Wellness is at the heart of our business strategy. It’s about collective and individual well-being. Amanda Casey is our incredible Safety and Wellbeing Manager. She has overseen 216 support interventions, supporting colleagues, customers and suppliers. Leadership vulnerability is so important and avoiding “toxic positivity” is paramount.
